All units are made using only 18 ounce non-rip vinyl.
We do not sacrifice quality by using any lighter weight vinyls such as 12 ounce or 14 ounce which can be found in many of our competitor's products. We only use the highest grade full weight vinyl.
All inflatable products except the games have two inflation tubes. Games shown on the Interactives Page have one inflation tube. All products have zippered air releases.
All seams are double stitched. Some high stress areas have triple or quadruple stitching.
All inflatable products are initially shipped in a vinyl storage bag.
We warranty all inflatable vinyl products for a period of one year from the date of receipt. The warranty period for any unit used at an indoor facilty is reduced to 6 months.
Zippers are not covered under the warranty
If a unit is determined to be defective the unit will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of BounceMaxx.com
If a repair is to be made BounceMaxx.com will pay the shipping cost in both directions as well as cover the cost of repairs.
